You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling the order is 30 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, receives the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you within a maximum of 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any charges for this refund.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

Supplying goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Supplying goods which are not returnable due to their nature, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

Supplying goods that are not returnable for health or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery.

Supplying goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of the goods during the return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using a secure and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
